Read the team graph: dots, lines, pulses, colours and the activity list.
The graph on the Your AI team page is a live map of your team, in the style of Obsidian's graph view. It shows who is on the team, who may give work to whom, and, while a run is in progress, who is working right now and how work moves.
| Dot | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Large white dot, "Lead" | The agent you chat with. It sits in the centre and cannot be moved. |
| Grey dot | A bot that is idle. |
| Teal dot with a pulsing ring | A bot that is working on a task. Under its name you see the start of the task it was given. |
| Red dot, "failed" | A bot whose last task failed. It turns back to normal when it next works. |
| White ring around a dot | The dot you have selected. |
The Lead's dot also turns teal while the lead is answering.
A line with an arrow means "may hand work to": the arrow points at the bot that receives the work.
You set the lines in the bot panel, under Hand-offs. See Creating bots.
Every time work moves, a glowing dot travels along the line from sender to receiver:
| Colour | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Teal | A task is handed over (lead or bot → bot). |
| Blue | A bot returns its report (bot → caller). |
| Red | A bot returns a failure or was stopped. |
Several tasks started at once send several pulses together, which is how parallel work looks.
| Action | How |
|---|---|
| Select a bot or the lead | Click its dot. The Bot tab shows its settings. |
| Deselect | Click the empty background. |
| Move a bot | Drag its dot. It stays where you drop it and the position is saved in the team file. |
| Pan | Drag the background. |
| Zoom | Scroll the mouse wheel or trackpad. |
| Fit everything in view | The button in the bottom-left corner. |
| Highlight connections | Hover over a dot. The dot and the bots it is linked to stay bright, the rest fade. Working bots never fade. |
Dots you have not placed yourself arrange themselves: they push each other apart, lines pull linked dots together, and the layout settles in a few seconds. The starting spot of a bot is derived from its id, so a team looks the same every time you open it.
On a narrow window the graph sits above the panel.
Next to Bot in the panel, Activity lists every hand-off, newest first:
Click an entry to expand the full text. A failed report is outlined in red. The tab title shows how many entries there are.
Activity lives in memory. It is kept while the app is open and cleared when you switch to another project. The last 200 entries are kept.
The graph is only shown on the Your AI team page, while the work itself happens in the chat. To watch both:
Approval cards for edits and commands appear in the chat, so come back there when a bot needs an answer.
